Excellent place for exploring Ruse. The king room is huge, with a mini bar fridge, a safe and cable TV. Not far from the downtown, 5 minutes on foot. We enjoyed eggs and pancakes, but we were in a hurry and didn't try everything.

the staff were loyal and the position was perfect. enjoyed stunning views. we found some bars and restaurants not far from the hotel. no complaints whatsoever, we would love to return if in ruse.
